One of the great events
every August in Western Washington is the SeaFair Hydroplane races along with
all the other activities.
All though I haven’t
been to SeaFair for some time I have always thought it was a really great
event. Besides the races we have Blue Angels along with the SeaFair Pirates. I
don’t recall how long it has been around but seems like it has been around
least as long as I have which now has been a while.
Not able to go view in
person it is still a great thing to watch on television anyway. Before the
Sonics than the Mariners and Seahawks the hydroplane races was the major
attraction in Seattle. If you ever come to the Seattle area in the summer you
should go watch the hydroplane races at least. We thank everyone who helps put
on the event every year.
