I don't have a favorite though having the Astros winning would be nice. Gives the Seattle Mariners more of a challenge.
The Mariners might be the only team now not to play in the World Series; however, I wonder if any team that has been in the World Series hasn't won it
When the World Series is over we can see what moves Jerry Dipoto will make to improve the Mariners for next season. The Astros and Nationals are showing it is pitching that will get the team to the next level. He has acquired Marco Gonzales and Yusei Kikuchi along with Justus Sheffield and Justin Dunn. Also, we can't forget Logan Gilbert and other pitchers he has drafted in the last couple of years.
These pitchers along with outfielders Kyle Lewis, Jarred Kelenic, and Julio Rodriguez for the future. Also, I like outfielder Jake Fraley who I believe has the attitude for a team to make the playoffs.
Kyle Seager we hope can get back to where he was a few years ago as the veteran presence on the team. Shed Long and JP Crawford as the 2nd base-shortstop duo along with Evan White at first base. Go M's.
