I hope everyone enjoyed the NFL draft last week.
The Seahawks looked like they took the best athlete
in each of the spots.
Thankfully they picked up a defensive end in the
second round. They liked Darrell Taylor so much
they moved up in the second round. Also, they
moved down for the last pick in the second round.
Yes they had two second picks.
So they added a third round and a fifth round pick
for moving down. The fifth round pick was defensive
end Alton Robinson. Remember the Seahawks
have a history of picking very good in the fifth
round.
The Seahawks didn't draft a cornerback last week,
however, they picked up Jayson Stanley off waivers
from the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is the third
cornerback the Seahawks have picked off during
the off-season.
Anyway that is it for Seahawk Wednesday. We
will update you with what happens until next
Wednesday. It is not like we have many other
sports to talk or write about right now.
I write about local sports however, you can view another of my blogs which I write about life at http://lookatlifepurpose.com
