by 13.5 won going away 35-6
over the Washington Huskies.
The Nittany Lions led the
game 28-0 at halftime. The
second half were played by
reserves.
The takeaways were easy
by what you can see by the
score. The offense couldn't
do much at after the first
possession of the game where
they missed a field goal. The
defense were unable to stop
Penn State. The Huskies
continue not to win on the road.
Will Rogers didn't come back
to play the second half. Rogers
threw thirteen passes while
completing ten for 59 yards
and an interception. Freshman
Desmond Williams Jr. threw
ten balls with six caught. He
led the Huskies in rushing
as well going 38 yards on
ten carries. Starting running
back Jonah Coleman carried
rlevdn times for 24 yards.
The Huskies had eight different
receivers to make a catch. Giles
Jackson had five catches while
Denzel Boston led in yardage
at 35 on two catches.
The Huskies had two field goals
with one in the third quarter and
the other in the fourth. This was
a game where the Huskies didn't
win in yardage while losing as
they had before. Nittany Lions
had 486 yards total while Huskies
had 193.
The Huskies play at home next Friday night against UCLA. They have a bye
before ending the regular season
at Oregon on November 30. Making
a bowl game they really need to beat
the Bruins.
The Huskies in men's basketball
team lost at Nevada Saturday
night 63-53. They were in the
game until late in the game.
The Huskies had only two players
to score in double figures. Tyree
Ihenacho led with 15 points while
Tyler Harris had ten. Great Osobor
led the Huskies in rebounds with
nine however had only three points
compared to 16 in the season
opener.
The Huskies will play Seattle
Pacific at home on Wednesday.
