I was hoping the Washington Huskies would end their losing streak in men's basketball, however it didn't happen. The Washington State Cougars beat Washington 79-67. The Cougars ended their three year losing to Washington Huskies.
The Huskies continue in last place of the Pac-12 with a 2-9 record with seven games remaining. The Cougars led most of the game though the Huskies crept close a few times. The Huskies were unable to take advantage when the Cougars went six minutes without scoring a point late in the game. The Huskies continue throwing the ball a way well as off their bodies. Also, not making any three-s during the time.
The Cougars led around eight points most of the time. The final score was WSU 79 UW 67.
The Huskies now go to LA taking on USC on Thursday followed by UCLA on Saturday. The Huskies blew out the Cougars in their first outing while being upset by UCLA.
