centerfielder Mike Trout. He has hit like 45
home runs against the Mariners. I guess we
should stop counting or at least the Mariners
shouldn't let him hit home runs unless they
have a large lead and it is meaningless.
Nick Margevicius pitched another good game
for the Mariners going six innings giving up
home runs against the Mariners. I guess we

Nick Margevicius pitched another good game
for the Mariners going six innings giving up
two runs before leaving the game. The Mariners
were behind 2-1 at the time.
Mike Trout hit his home run in the bottom of the
eighth inning. He had been struggling at the plate
but it doesn't matter when he faces the Mariners
we all know that except manager Scott Servais.
Trout's home run was on a 0-2. Brady Lail was
pitching the eighth inning for the Mariners. Why
he didn't throw the ball in the dirt amazes me.
Also, Lail hadn't pitched in eleven days either.
I don't understand why Servais hadn't pitched
him in sooner games and why pitch him late
in the game when the Mariners still have a
chance to win.
I like Scott Servais but the way he manages
the pitching especially relief it is no wonder
the Mariners bullpen does a poor job.
Now the Mariners will be playing game two
Saturday night against the Angels. It will be
the second of four games. I just hope not to
hear Trout's name again but I am sure I won't
be so lucky. Go M's.
