Conference Play Begins

The Washington Huskies, Washington State Cougars, and the Gonzaga Bulldogs all start their conference play on Thursday night January 2.

Both the Huskies and Cougars play at home while the Bulldogs are on the road.

Gonzaga won their last non-league game on Monday night beating Detroit 93-72. They are ranked #1 in the country right now. They take on the Portland Pilots while the Huskies play UCLA and Cougars USC.

The Huskies and Cougars will reverse the teams on the weekend. Make note throughout the season the team the Huskies and Cougars play first will then play the other team. Of course, it will not happen the week they play each other.

Let you know Friday the outcomes of all three games.

The Seattle Seahawks take on the Philadelphia Eagles in the first game of the playoffs in Philadelphia this coming Sunday afternoon on NBC. Let you know who may play and who doesn't.

Travis Homer will be the starting running back while Marshawn Lynch will follow him. Lynch will probably get more carries then he did against the 49ers. Of course, it will all be indicated on how the Seahawks are playing. Go Hawks.
