Washington Sports: Inslee Extends State AT Home

Right now we have no idea when sports of
any kind will take place in Washington State
whether we are talking kids, college or
professional  will take place here.

Governor Inslee has extended the state at
home order from May 5. He hasn't given
the new date as of yet, however, I expect
it will be at least May 19 or until the end
of the month depending on the data comes
in.

We still have no idea whether the Mariners
will play in July. The likelihood they will
play in Arizona. There is talk about splitting
up to three divisions. How many games it
could be 100. The draft will take place but
the date isn't sure of either.

Football is another story along with basketball.
Both may be extended out as well.

The Huskies, and Cougars seasons could start
late well as the Seahawks when it comes to
football. We will have to see that is for sure.

Pete Carroll isn't to happy with it all since the
NFL is beginning virtual camp right now.
They are going over the playbook especially
with the rookies and those new to the team
Veterans just have to go through review.

Just like our lives everything is in question.
