and play the Houston Astros for two
beginning on Tuesday. The Tacoma
Rainiers season ended on Sunday.
I would like to see the Mariners make
a possible roster move since all their
minor league teams are done for the
year. They do have a few players
from double A and down who are
playing in the Arizona Fall League.
I would like the Mariners to activate
a player that may be asked to spring
training and take off a bench player
or reliever who isn't expected back
next year.
The San Francisco 49ers beat the
Miami Dolphins with almost the
same as the Seahawks over Arizona.
They are tied for the division lead.
The L A Rams will play home to the
New York Giants on Monday night
football. A win would make them
tie with the Cardinals at 1-1.
This week the Seahawks will prepare
to play the Washington Commanders
in the road next Sunday. The Washington
Huskies the same for University Minnesota
next Saturday and the Washington State
Cougars against Arizona the same.
The Huskies, the Cougars and Gonzaga
men's basketball team are or will start
practices soon. The nonleague games
will begin late October or early November.
The Seattle Kraken will begin their
regular season on October 1st going
on the road to Calgary. Currently they
are playing preseason games. Last
season the Kraken were disappointing
and missed the playoffs. They hope
to bounce back this coming season.
