Seattle Seahawks Pre-Season Begins Thursday

The Seattle Seahawks pre-season starts this week after two weeks of practice. The Denver Broncos come to Seattle to take on the Seahawks at CenturyLink. The Broncos already played a game last week at the pro-football hall of fame in Canton, Ohio.

The Seahawks likely will be playing the first team just for the first quarter. The best part of the pre-season is seeing players we may never watch again. Also, we will miss players who not playing because of injuries.

They say Russell Wilson is looking at his best this training camp. The important thing though will he be the same early on in the season and in the games. It may not be Russell Wilson trouble alone but the Seahawks usually get off slow both early in games well as the season.

I am not sure whether the Seahawks defense will be as good as in the previous seven years without the likes of Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, and Richard Sherman in the secondary. Also, they don’t have a pass rush like in previous seasons as well. The offense may need to score more points than in previous seasons.

Both the Washington Huskies and Washington State Cougars are going through training camp as well. The Huskies first game will be on August 31 at home against Eastern Washington. The Cougars play New Mexico State the same day.

Both Huskies and Cougars will be going with new quarterbacks and offense. I will be letting you know how they play in each game well as the Seahawks. Go teams!
