Washington Huskies Narrow Loss

The Washington  Huskies  men's basketball
team may have had one of their best games
of the season  though they lost.

In the first half the Huskies actually  led
by eight points. In the end they lost 70-67
to the Arizona Wildcats. It was a better
game than I expected.

Though the Huskies lost who knows this
could turn around  their season. The Huskies
play the Arizona State  Sun Devils on Sunday
who beat WSU  Cougars in a similar fashion
on Thursday  night to. The Cougars lost
71-66. The main difference the Cougars
were  down at halftime but scored the
exact same points as Sun Devils in the
second half.

The Huskies were led  by Keion Brooks Jr
and Cole Bajema each with 16 points.
They have  been  the Huskies top two scorers
all season  long. Noah Williams who recently
came back from injury missing most of the
non-league schedule had 12 points. This was
his first time back starting.

The Huskies  pretty much went with a seven
man rotation.  Jamal Bey and PJ Fuller who
have started most of the season came off
the bench. Sounds like a good idea. Hope
the lineup  the same on Sunday.  Go Dawgs!
