Mariners End Losing Streak

The Seattle Mariners beat the
Texas Rangers Saturday early 
evening 7-3.

It started in the first inning. JP
Crawford led off with a double 
and Julio drove him in with a 
single. Brendan Donovan was
out and is day to day.

The score stayed the same until
the 4th when Canzone singled 
driving in Raleigh and Arozarena 
who have  been the two best
hitters so far.

George Kirby didn't pitch as
well as he did in two previous 
starts though he recorded the win..

He gave up a home run the sixth.
Matt Brash came in and finished 
the inning.  Luke Raley hit a home
run to increase the lead 4-1 in the
bottom of the sixth.

In the 8th Cole Young drove in
Raley and Canzone. Rivas hit 
a sacrifice fly to score Young.
The bottom of the order has
done a bang job this season.

The Rangers score two runs 
in the top of the 9th. Andre 
Munoz came with two outs
and the bases loaded.
He shut down the door 

Sunday afternoon Bryan Woo 
will pitch for the Mariners.
