Washington Huskies Football Wide Receivers

The Washington Huskies currently
having spring practice.
 Looking at the wide receivers

Denzel Boston the Huskies top
receiver last year decided to go
the NFL. He might be drafted
near the end of the first round
or in the second round. Outside
of a very few wide receivers
don't go in the first round. All
comes down to the player and
whether a team needs a receiver.
It would be nice if he could be
with the Seahawks however
they aren't in need of one. I am
sure they would draft him if he
is the best player available.

Desmen Roebuck who had an
outstanding freshman season
last year could be the go to guy
this season. They went to him
quite a bit when Boston missed
a few games. He is listed in the
slot. Right now Kevin Greene Jr.
is his backup.

Christian Moss is projected to be
one of the side outs. He is transfer
from Kennesaw State and the other
is expected to be Rashid Williams
a redshirt junior who is in his 4th
year in the program. Last year he
played only in two games with five
catches for 54 yards.

Chris Lawson and Justice Williams
 expected to be backup however
they could find their way in for
more playing time. Lawson and Moss
have been slowed by injuries this
spring so incoming freshman Jordan
Clay is showing his stuff so he could
be the newcomer to get playing time.
With both Lawson and Moss out he
is getting valuable time with the first
unit.

Next time on Huskies football we will look
at the offensive line.

We will look  at how the WSU Cougars
are doing with a new coaching staff
and turnover of players. We will look
at their receiving core.
