Mariners Win Streak Ends

The Mariners continue to struggle
on the road losing to the San Diego
Padres  4-1.   This means the
Mariners are now 1-6 on the road.

The Mariners scored first in the
second inning. Randy Arozarena
hit a single the first of two in the
game.  The Mariners had only
four hits total. Luke Raley with
the third baseman  playing back
laid down a bunt for a single.
JP was hit by a pitch loading
the bases. Dominic Canzone
hit a sacrifice fly scoring Arozarena.

Bryan Woo pitched seven innings
for the third starter in a row. The
third inning was Woo's trouble
inning giving up four hits and
three runs.  Ramon Laurano
hit a triple with one out than came
home on a Fernando Tatis Jr. single.
The following two runs were on two
more single. The triple was the only
extra base hit in the game.

The Padred score another run in
the bottom of the 8th off Casey
Leguimina. A three run lead is
hard to make up in the ninth
compared to having a two run
lead.

Wednesday Emerson Hancock
startd to see whether they can
tie the series.  Go M's.

The Seattle Mariners brought up
infielder Patrick Wisdom as Rob
Resynder took paternity leave.
Expect him back when the
Mariners return home from
San Diego to take on the
Rangers on Friday.  Wisdom
ended up hitting late in the
game..
