a slugfest with Bryan Woo on the mound
however that happens..We just hope
an injury hasn't happened.
The Mariners have Bryce Miller coming
back soon. We just hope this was just
an off day.. Woo was only able to go
three innigs and gave up seven runs.
Final Mariners 11 Cardinals 9
The .Mariners used four relievers.
Jose Ferrer went two innings giving
up two hits, one walk however not
a run. Cooper Criswell went two
innings as well but gave up three
runs. Mariners not doing too well
late in innings when bringing in
a reliever like this. I am not sure
why they would do this. Brash
and Munoz shut the door again.
The key hit was a single into
right center by Leo Rivas with
the bases loaded one out to
drive in the final two runs.
Will Wilson had a home run with
runner on base in the second inning.
It was on his first pitch in his first
at bat in the majors. Wilson started
at third base. Rivas came in for
him after Canzone had pinch hit
and drove in a run two. The 9th
sot in the order drove in five runs.
Julio Rodriguez hit a home run in
the first inning with Cal on base
Unfortunately the Cardinals tied
it with two home runs in the bottom
of first. Cole Young hsd three hits
including a home run. Every hitter
got at least one hit except Luke
Raley who pinch hit for Refsynder.
Connor Joe had a good hit to
late in the gym when he went
in for Raley.
We hope that the Mariners can
sweep the Cardinals on Sunday.
Emerson Hancock will go for the
Mariners. Go M's
Washington Huskies Jonah
Coleman was drafted by the
Denver Broncos in the fourth
round at running back The
Huskies had a few others
drafted too. We will let you
know they went as well. Go
Hawks
