The Mariners had five home runs on
the night. It all started with Cal Raleigh
hitting one out in the second after Ohtani
had one in the first.
After the Dodgers had a run score in
the third Julio hit a home run to tie.
Rob Refsynder who was activated hit
a two run homer. Later he had a double
though no run scored. Look differently
than before.
In the 4th the Dodgers scored twice
to tie than took a short lead with a
home run. In the 6th Dominic Canzone
hit a solo home run to tie. In the 8th
he hit a two run homer.
Andre Munoz came in the 9th. Ohtani
had his third hit a double to score
a run. The Dodgers had two runners
on base. Munoz threw 29 pitches
however was able to get out of it
or the Dodgers would have won.
That would have been a tough loss
if that happened. Mariners winning
the opener of the series helps a lot.
Luis Castillo started the game though
originally not scheduled until Wednesday.
Emerson Hancock was expected to
start. Stories that he is expected to be
traded and maybe why didn't start. Currently
still on the team.
Castillo went five innings giving up five
runs on 11 hits. Gabe Speier pitched
tge 6th followed by Jose Ferrer in
the 7th then Eduardo Bazardo in the
8th then finally Munoz.
