Baseball In One Week

We are now closer to see live baseball
though we will only be able to see it
on television only right now.

The Seattle Mariners will be in Houston
to take on the Astros next Friday July
24.

It will be interesting since we haven't
seen any live baseball at the very least
since spring training or last September.

Facing the Astros we will see a team
with a new manager because of a stealing
scandal. Also, a team I am sure will have
a few new players.

Justin Verlander is expected to start for
the Astros as the Mariners go with Marco
Gonzales.

We will see Evan White at first base for
the first time in a regular season game.
The double-play combo of Shed Long
and JP Crawford.

We will have Kyle Seager at third base
once again  along with a new outfield
for the most part.

Kyle Lewis having an exceptional summer
camp will start in the outfield along with
Jake Fraley. Mallex Smith just camp to camp
so not sure whether he will be in the starting
lineup or not. We should know shortly about
him.

There is no news about Dee Gordon. He hasn't
been on the field for the last few days

The pitching staff will be known in the next
few days, however, we can say "Go M's."
