the rotation to start the season on the road at Houston
and Los Angeles.
Marco Gonzales will start the season opener against
the Astros next Friday night followed by TaiJuan
Walker. Yusei Kikuchi and Kendall Graveman will
finish the four game series.
Against the Angels Justus Sheffield and Justin Dunn
will pitch the first two games the Gonzales will finish
it off. This means likely TaiJuan Walker will start the
opening game at home.
The Mariners intersquad game and the remaining ones
leading up to opening night will start at 6:10 pm for
the players to be used to the time for evening games.
Marco Gonzales will make his last start against Logan
Gilbert.
Dee Gordon is expected to start tonight's game. He
hasn't been in a game for a while.
Julio Rodriguez injured the other day to his wrist
is expected to be out four to six weeks without
having surgery. He is expected to play winter
ball in the Dominican Republic.
