the Alamo Bowl. For some reason Texas
is favored though Huskies have a higher
ranking. Most likely since the game is
a home game for the Lonhorns.
News came out this week that offensive
coordinator Ryan Grubb was given his
second raise in a month. The primary
reason was Texas A&M was looking to
have Grubb as their offensive coordinator.
I am not sure why going to Texas A&M
would be the right move but did give him
more income. Now he is the highest paid
assistant coach ever at Washington making
$2million a year.
I am sure the Huskies will lose Grubb as the
offensive coordinator when he is offered a
head coaching job or go to the NFL as an assistant.
In men's basketball the Huskies play the USC
Trojans on their home court on Friday night.
The Trojans have a 10-3 record heading to
Seattle. They upset a couple high ranked teams
so this one won't be easy for the Huskies.
For the Huskies to win they have to get off to
a better start than they have most of the season
or at least keep it close in the first half. They
follow playing Sunday against UCLA. Won't
be easy for that one either. Best to win against
USC first and go from there. Go Dawgs
