Mariners Sweep White Sox

The Mariners Thursday afternoon beat
the White Sox 4-3 in 11 innings. It was
nice since they have lost more extra
inning games then they have won.

Logan Gilbert continues not going
beyond five innings though this time
he only gave up one run on two hits.
He threw 94 pitches while walking
three and striking out 6.

Randy Arozarena hit his 23 home run
in the third inning for two runs.
The White Sox had a home run off
Gilbert  in the 5th inning and then tied
it in seventh with a home run off of
Carlos Vargas. Both teams scored a
run in the tenth then Suarez who
started at second base was driven in
by Dominic Canzone with one out
in the 12th inning.

The Astros didn't play so the Mariners
gained a half game on them.

Josh Naylor had to leave the game in
the 4th inning with discomfort. We will
find out whether he plays tomorrow
night against Tampa Bay Rays. Go M's.
