Washington State Come From Behind in MB

The Cougars had to come from behind
to best a smaller school in the second
half in Hawaii against Chaminade.

Final  WSU 90 Chaminade 85

The Cougars had to make up from
being behind by 20 points to win.

The reason the Cougars won was
by the bench. The only players to
score in double figures for the Cougars
was three off the bench. They actually
played more minutes than three of
the Cougars starters.

Aaron Glass known as Ace  a freshman
guard led with 26 points. He was 8 of
15 off the bench. The previous game he
had 20 points. Likely to see a lot of him
Rihards Vavers who has had to overcome
injuries scored 25 points including 7 of
12 behind the 3pt line which were all
his field goals. These two could make
a big difference in how the Cougs play
the rest of the way.

Eermeli Yalaho the third member scored
ten points and had nine rebounds to.
A junior made 3 of 5 from the field and
made all four of his free throws.

The Cougars  are now 3-3 and take on
Arizona State in a couple hours. See
how these three and the Cougars fair
against the Sun Devils. Go Cougs!
