WSU Cougars Lose Again

The Washington State Cougars men's basketball team again gets to a rough
start this time against Davidson on the
road in North Carolina 85-69. This is
the first time these teams have faced
each other.

The Cougars only had 24 points in the
first half while Davidson had 40. Both
teams had 45 points in the second
half. Davidson is a team that loves
shooting behind the 3pt line.

The Cougars had only one player
score in doubles figures in Emmanuel
Ugbo who had 26 points along with
five points.  Ugbo is a transfer from
Boise State.

For the Cougars to have more success
they need more scoring from  their
other starters as well as the bench.

The Cougars next game is this coming Monday at home against St.Thomas
out of Minnesota.  They lost to St. Mary's
and they play the Army before facing
the  Cougars.
