The Cougars had 48 points inside. They
took 12 more shots and made 12 more
more than the Thunderbirds the exact difference in the game. The Cougars
shot 57.4% compared to 48.2 for the
Thunderbirds which are both healthy
percentages.
The Cougars outscored the Thunderbirds
by 14 in the first half and 10 in the second.
The Cougars had four players score in
double figures. They were led by ND Okafor
with 27 points. This is his highest output
since coming to WSU. He was 6-6 in the
first half shooting and 12 of 24 overall.
The Cougars success may have Okafor
in the middle of it all. The Cougars are
now 2-3 on the season. Go Cougs!
