Mariners Now Take On Red Sox

The Seattle Mariners take on the
Red Sox Thursday night in Boston.
The Mariners are 11-7, a half game
behind the Oakland A's.

The A's are amazing no matter how
they start out the season they get
hot leading them to being in the
playoff picture.

The A's in the last ten games are
10-0. Now looking at the Red Sox
they have the same record as the
A's, however, they are 6-4 in their
last ten games. A good time to face
them instead of the A's for sure.

The Mariners have Justin Dunn going
Thursday night. If Dunn pitches anything
close to what he did in his last outing
then the Mariners have a chance if the
hitting can start going.

The hope now with Kyle Lewis back
in the lineup the Mariners will be able
to score a little bit more often. Trammell
should be in the lineup in left field for
the most part unless they are facing a
lefty or a tough righthander. The problem
is whoever is inserted in place of Trammell
like Dylan Moore or Sam Haggerty for
example are struggling at the plate as
well.

Now looking at the Seahawks the NFL
draft will be starting in one week next
Thursday. The Seahawks don't have a
first round pick so watching the first
day of the draft is meaningless unless
you want to see teams like the 49ers
pick early. Keep tabs on your division
opponents.

The Seahawks have only three picks
right now for the draft. I am sure
Schneider will find a way to pick up
at least a couple more.

Until next time keep on watching the
Mariners and see what is up with the
Seahawks. The Huskies and the Cougars
are still in spring camp so can keep an
eye on the them too.
