Seattle Kraken 2023 Draft

The Kraken had 10 draft picks in
this years draft. The second round
had three picks. There was thought
they may have traded one or two of
picks for a veteran player however
no trade happen whether talked
about or not.

The Kraken's first pick was Eduard Sale
a left winger from Czech Republic as the
20th overall in the first round. The question
will he be with Kraken next season.

First second pick 50th overall Carson Rehkopf another left winger taken from
the Ontario Hockey League. This means we won't see both of them in the game the
same time in my estimation.

Two picks later they selected Oscar Fisker
Molgaard from Denmark but played
professionally in Sweden. The third second
round pick Lukas Dragicevic out of nearby
Tri-City of the Western Hockey League is
a defenseman..

In the third round the Kraken selected
another player of the WHL defenseman
Caden Price who played for Kelowna.
Round four selected center Andrei Loshko
who played in the QM. JHL.

Round five the Kraken drafted a player who
played even closer at home for Everett.
Kaden Hammell of the WHL. The Kraken
took two players in the sixth round. The first was Visa Vedenpaa a goalie from
Finland. Be interesting to see be on the
team this coming season or not. The second pick was center Zeb Forsfjall
out of Sweden.

The final player the Krsken took in round seven was right wing Zaccharya Wisdom
Of Cedar Rapids in United States Hockey.
It will be interesting to see who will end up
in a Kraken uniform. Stay tune and see.
