Preview Seahawks at New York Jets

The New York Jets have fired
their head coach, offensive
coordinator and general manager
during this season and not necessarily
in this season.

One thing we know Aaron Rodgers
is the quarterback so any thing
could happen. This game is
probably going to be much like
last week's game against the
Cardinals where points are likely
hard to come by.

Not only is the Seahawks defense
is better the offense is having
struggles and  despite a 3-8
record they have a top ten defense.
So this won't help the Seahawks
very well. I am sure the Seahawks
will try to run the ball however short
passes to get them in position to
run on downs where they can get
second and short. We know that
could be trouble for them. In that
case continue short passes and
an occasion longer pass when
they are second and short. This
should happen when they are near
the middle of the field.

The Seahawks have had trouble
in the red zone so touchdowns
may occur when they are outside
of it. We shouldn't be surprised
if they making several field goals.
In fact this might be the day of
field goals. The success or failure
will come on turnovers and penalties.

The Seahawks are averaging 23.7
points against teams outside the
division however this will likely
not happen however this is why
they play the game. The Jets are
scoring 18.5 points a game
and giving up 22 a game. The
Seahawks are 1.5 favorite to
win the game so the experts
figure a close game to.

After being out most of last season
Aaron Rodgers has started all 11
games for the Jets.  He has thrown
for 2442 yards on the season for
an average of 222 per game. Aaron
has thrown for 17 touchdowns
which is tied for ninth in the league.
He is completing 63.4 per cent of
his psssds thrown. He  has seven
interceptions and has been sacked
26 times.

The Jets go with two running backs
primarily. Breece Hall is the Jets
number one running back however
has been limited in practice. We
will see how much a bad knee will
keep him out of the game or not.
Breece has 632 yards on the season
with 4 touchdowns.  He has 34 catches
on the season two touchdowns. He is
third on the Jets in catches.

The second running back is Braelin
Allen with 62 carries for 229 yards
and two touchdowns. If Hall is
limited we will see more of him.

The Jets two main wide receivers
are Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard.
They both have five touchdown
catches. Wilson has 69 catches
for 722 yards while Lazard has 30
catches for 412 yards. Tyler Conklin
is the Jets primary tight end in
catches with 29 for 252 yards and
two touchdowns.

On defense they are lead in tackles
by linebackers Jamien Sherwood
and Quincy Williams. Sherwood
has 103 tackles while Williams has
80.  Williams has two forced fumbles
and two recovered. Defensive end
leads the Jets with eight sacks.
Cornerback Brandin Echols has
the Jets only two interceptions
on the season. If the Seahawks are
able to protect Geno he should
have a good day.  Go Hawks!
