Friday night st Husky Stadium.
It was the final game of the
season at home and they were
undefeated at home. Now at
a streak of 20 straight at home.
The Huskies changed quarterback
in the second half as Will Rogers
threw two interceptions. They went
to freshman Demond Williams Jr.
The Huskies were leading 14-13
in the third quarter when Williams
stepped in. Both teams exchanged
field goals in the third quarter. The
Huskies field goal took place after
Williams was inserted.
The Huskies had two touchdowns
in the fourth quarter. It did take a
while was Williams threw to freshman
tight end Decker for one yard at
5:44 remaining in the game. Jonah
Coleman had the second on a two yard
run at 1:54 left in the game.
The UCLA Bruins had their final
score on two yard run with nine
seconds remaing. They missed
the two.point conversion though
it was meaningless.
Williams was seven of eight throwing
the football with the one touchdown.
Rogers had been 13 of 21 for 115 and a touchdown to go with the two
interceptions.
Jonah Coleman had a good night
rushing for 95 yards on 21 carries
and two touchdowns. Desmond
Williams had six carries to 31 yards.
Giles Jackson in his final game
in Husky Stadium had eight catches
for 43 yards.
Next Saturday the Huskies play
at Oregon. The time of the game
hasn't been said yet.
The Huskies love to beat the
Ducks once again especially
now they are number one in
the country.
The Huskies are now bowl
eligible and how they do
next week will determine
which bowl they will play in.

The Huskies men's basketball
team play at home on Sunday
evening against UMass Lowell.
They will be favored.
The Washington State Cougars
men's basketball team played
Friday night at Iowa 76-66. The
game was close most of the
way. The Hawkeye's had success
at the foul line especially near
the end of the game.
Nate Calmese had another good game for the Cougars with 27 points.
LeJuan Watts led in rebounds for
WSU with ten while scoring 11 points.
Calmese and Watts were the only
ones in double figures.
The Cougars next game will be
home Monday evening against
Northern Colorado. Go Cougs!
