Mariners Blow Out Braves

The Mariners certainly know how to
get out of a slump on the road.

Final Mariners 18 Braves 2

Luis Castillo who has struggled on
the mound recently went six innings
giving up four hits and a run on a homer.
Newly acquired Jose Castillo from the
New York Mets on waivers, Emerson
Hancock, and Luke Jackson finished
the game. The bullpen should be ready
for the series against the Cardinals at
home.

The Mariners first run scored in the
second inning when Mitch Garver
hit a triple driving in Josh Naylor.

The blowout started in the third inning
when the Mariners scored right runs.
Mariners had a run scored in the sixth.
The Mariners final blow was scoring
seven runs in the ninth inning. It
included Cal Raleigh's  53rd home run.
Harry Ford got in again and scored.
a run in the 9th.

What I have never remembered before
the Mariners first five players in the
lineup drive in three runs each.

Bryan Woo is scheduled to start on
Monday against the Cardinals follow
by George Kirby and Logan Gilbert.
For the Mariners to have the best chance
to make the playoffs they need to win
at least two games. Go M's.
