Single A team. Like Mariners they
are one gave under five hundred
23-24. They have struggled lately
with a 3-7 record in their last ten games.
They are in third place In the Northwest
League.
As far as pitching goes they have only
one that is in the team's top 30 prospects
in Lucas Kelly a right handed reliever.
So far he is on rockie ground in his
second season of professional ball. He
was drafted in the sixth round by the Mariners in 2025. Lucas has struck almost two batters per inning in 12 games however
a walk an inning as well. So wildest as
well as giving hits and an era of 6.28. The Mariners seen potential when drafting him however see if he can improve.
As far as position players go the one with
the best season for Everett is Felinin
Celsten the number seven prospect at
shortstop. He was signed as an international
player. He had been hurt much of the last
two years however this been a very good
season for him. He recently was on a 25
game hitting streak coming three games
short of the Northwest League all-time
record and batting over .400.
Felinin is a switch hitter with power mostly
from the left side. He won't be known for
hitting a lot of home runs however could hit
a lot of doubles. If Colt Emerson spends
his career at Seattle playing a lot of third
base Felinin could be his partner at shortstop.
Another prospect is outfielder Jonney Formelo the sixth top prospect. Like
Felinin he has been hurt as well. He is
currently hitting .246 however has a
good on base percentage at .374. Only
has four home runs. His defense in the
outfield is good and he is a left handed
bat and was drafted 29 overall out of
high school in 2023. See how he matures.
Luke Stevenson catcher out of North
Carolina is a left handed hitting catcher
the 35th overall pick last season reminds
many in the Mariners organization like
another Cal Raleigh as far as catching and
hitting. He is the Mariners number 8
prospect. He currently is hitting.260 and
although only three home runs he does
have 13 doubles. He has a good on base
percentage of .429.
We will let you know how these top
prospects go and any others elsewhere.
