Dallas Cowboys on Saturday night.
Mostly we will be watching rookies and
backups again during the game. Some
players we might be watching for the last
time for the Seahawks. Next week likely
see the starters in the first half. At least
I hope so anyway. Why I say that the
Seahawks sometimes get off slowly on
the season.
This year the early schedule is such that
the Seahawks should get off to a good track.
They must if they plan to make the playoffs
since the schedule will get tougher after the
first four games. This especially true of their
road schedule.
Tonight we should see how Drew Lock performs
again at quarterback. Expect Geno Smith to be
the starter however it will be good to have
a good backup as well in case of injury or Geno
doesn't do as well as last season.
Again it will come down to how healthy the
running backs stay and how they perform.
We know the wide receivers will be excellent
however the better they do is how the running
game goes. Don't want to depend on throwing
the ball 30 times or more. Also a good running
game keeps the defense off the field. We don't
want a tired defense.
Against the Cowboys it will be nice to see how
the backup running backs and receivers do. Also
on defense see they can slow down the Cowboys
offense. See stop of the running game in the
first half instead of second half last week. Go Hawks!
