Mariners Win Another Series

The Mariners continue winning
series however Wednesday game
wasn't easy like any of them.

At least one thing is the Mariners
are winning close games this
season. This one was amazing
since the A's are playing as well
too. The Mariners and A's could
be the top two teams in the AL
West division this year if things
keep going as is. Both may make
it to the playoffs and they both
be difficult on the other teams.
We will see.

Bryan Woo who has pitched
well against the A's didn't have
his best stuff in this one. He
was able to go six innings and
gave up all five the team's runs.
Be Williamson hit a double in
the fifth to bring in the first run.
In the six inning Rowdy Tellez
hit a three run homer to put
the team within one run. The
guy has shown his power
recently and why he made
the team out of spring training.

In the 8th inning newly required
outfielder Leody Taveras hit his
first sing with the Mariners after
they picked him up from Texas
scoring Miles Mastrobuoni.
Dylan Moore hit a double to
score and put the Mariners
ahead. Final 6-5 the Mariners.

The Mariners stay at this rate
for the season they have at
least 98 wins. The most by far
since 2001.

The Seattle Mariners start a
series at home on Friday
against the Toronto Blue
Jays. As we know the
Blue Jays will have fans
coming down from
the north. The way that
Cal Raleigh and the gang
have done recently against
this team it could be a lot
of fun. The Mariners will
play the Yankees next after
that. This could be the highest
attendance home stand of
the season or at least until
September anyway.

Luis Castillo who pitched
outstanding in his last
outing will start on Friday.
Go M's.
