Gilbert Shuts Out Marlins

Logan Gilbert continues to pitch at
a  high level. Looks like he should
be on the all-star team.

Logan went eight innings of shut out
ball giving up four hits.

The Mariners on the other hand scored
nine runs. A good day at the park.

I am trying to see if I can mix things up
on this blog.

Dominic Canzone who has been
struggling most of the season
showed what he is capable of
having four hits. Included was a
home run and two RBIs.

For the second game in a row
Ryan Bliss had three hits. He
might have figured things out.
Facing another lefty Sunday
Bliss should be in the lineup
again.

The question is what happens
when Polanco is back after
rehab assignment.

Though he isn't hitting on fire
are we going to see more of
Locklear. He seems to be the
guy going down on the return
Polanco. The thing though
Ty France is only hitting .125
in the month of June though
he missed some time.  In
his five games since returning
on June 18 he has one hit and
that happened Saturday.

Let's see Mariners take care on
Sunday. Go team.
