the Atlanta Falcons although playing on
the road where they are 4-2 on the season.
The Seahawks are tied with the Rams
with 8-3 record. They play each other
on Thursday night in Seattle on December
18. This may put the winner as division champions. Including this game the
Seahawks have six games remaining
and unless they totally fall apart they
will be in the playoffs whether beating the
Rams or not.
The Seahawks have a record of 13-7
over the Falcons including beating
them in Atlanta last year. Kirk Cousins
will be starting at quarterback after
former Husky quarterback Michael
Penix Jr. was hurt and out for the season.
The Falcons will be without #1 wide
receiver Drake London and defensive
lineman Drandon Dorlus. This will be
an impact on the Falcons. Much like
the Minnesota Vikings last week the
defense is the strength of the Falcons.
The Falcons will likely rely on their
running game. Number one running
back is Bijan Robinson who has 995
yards at this point averaging 5.1 yards
per carry. It will be important that the
Seahawks stop him. Ken Walker lll
has over 700 yards and 4 touchdowns
while Zach Charbonnet has over 400
yards and eight touchdowns. Tyler
Allgeier the Falcons back up running
back has 344 yards and eight touchdowns
so much like Charbonnet of the Seahawks.
This game should come down how
well both teams defense plays and
possibly special teams. Go Hawks!
