are listed number 15 nationally. One of the
highest rankings they have ever had.
This season the Huskies played several
players who were either starters or
second team. We will have to see how
many signed up will be in the same
category next season. The Huskies
could be one of the youngest teams
with starters or second teamers
again.
The Huskies have one five star recruiter
along with eight four stars. The rest
are three stars. The lone five star is
offensive lineman Kodi Green out of
Santa Ana California. He committed
back in April. There is a pretty good
chance he will be a starter in 2026.
They have one other offensive lineman
in Dominic Harris from Las Vegas. Most
likely he will start out as a back up.
We should be hearing soon about players
who will enter the transfer portal. It
would be nice to see players not allowed
to enter the portal until after their school
is finished playing in a bowl game. Of
course those who are not playing in a
bowl game should be allowed right away.
Of the eight four star players one is local
in Derek Colman-Brusa an edge rusher.
The Huskies have four local players
as three star prospects.
As far as quarterback they have one
in Derek Zammit a three star prospect
out of New Jersey. There is likely the
Huskies will look to the transfer portal
for a backup to Demond Williams Jr..
Kai Horton was his backup this year as
a graduate student and likely how the
Huskies go again.
Of those committed seven are offensive
players. They have a kicker in CJ Wallace
out of Bellflower California. Dre Pollard
a three star out of Las Vegas is listed
as athlete so he could go either on
offense or defense.
Look at more of the positions after the
early signing day. Stay tuned to those
who will transfer out of into the Huskies
team. Go Dawgs!
