to Michigan who could be the best
Steam in the country. They certainly
looked like.
The Zags played a good game against
Oregon who has struggled this season.
The Ducks were actually played well
it just the Zags have more power and
and depth in their lineup.
The Zags have Graham Ike and Braden
Huff who play well most of the time.
They have good guards including those
of the bench. Braden Smith led the Zags
off the bench with 21 points while Huff
had 20 and Ike had 17 along with 11
rebounds
Final Gonzaga 91 Oregon 82
The Ducks had the lead much of the
first half though it was a tie at half
time. The Zags controlled much of
the second half. The main reason
the Zags won is they made ten more
points from the foul line.
Gonzaga will start the West Coast Conference play on December 28 at Pepperdine soThey will have a break this week. Pepperdine
had a 5-8 record in non-league games as
did WSU Cougars did. The Zags should
start out well at least against them.
Go Zags!
