Mariners End Three Game Losing Streak

The main reason the Mariners end
losing streak on Saturday evening
Bryce Miller pitched a fantastic
game most of the way through.

Bryce pitched seven innings giving up three hits and not allowing a run. Allowing one walk while striking out seven. The Mariners
led 3-0 at the end of seven. Jorge Polanco
fortunately added a run in the top of the
eighth to allow Bryce to get the win.

In the 8th inning Austin Both had his first
bad outing coming out of the bullpen.
He gave up 3 runs including a home
run to the Brewers within one and was
to get only one out. Gabe Speier was
able to get an out however he had
control trouble like Munoz had though
gave up two walks. Thornton came
in to stop by getting the third out
without anymore damage.

The Mariners decided to go with
Andre Munoz for the second straight
night in the 9th inning. This time
he was able to take care of the
Brewers with three straight outs.

The 8the inning Luis Urias hit a
solo home run to make it a two run
lead hitting into the 9th.

Final Seattle 5 Milwaukee 3

Sunday Emerson Hancock makes his
second start of the season. He got
off to good start though had some
struggle though the Mariners had
that win as the only win against
Cleveland. Hopefully do well and
the Mariners can win.the series
and go to Toronto even at 5-5.

Julio and Haniger each got two
hits on the night. Facing a lefty
Dylan Moore started at first base
while Samad Taylor made his first
start in left and Urias at third. All
three got hits in the game.

The Mariners face a right hander
so Raley should be at first and
Canzone in left field and Josh
Rojas at third. May see Moore,
Urias and Taylor sometime in
the game.

The Mariners hitting is starting
to come around which is a good
thing. The Mariners scored in
three different innings. It would be
nice if they can add another inning
into it along with better pitching.
Don't expect to see Munoz be in
there tomorrow. Go M's.
