with success in this years draft.
The Seahawks moved around with
draft picks as well as a trade.
On Friday drafting Jalen Milroe
in the third round they traded
backup quarterback Sam Howell
to the Minnesota Viking for a fifth
round. It allowed them to pick
142 overall.The Vikings got the
Seahawks 172 overall in the fifth
round. It means Seahawks moved
up 30 spots. They picked Rylie Mills
defensive lineman from Notre Dame.
The Seahawks had a fourth round
pick that they traded to New England
for a fifth and seventh round pick.
End up trading the fifth round pick
to Cleveland for a fifth and six
round pick. That fifth round pick
they got wide receiver Tory Horton
from Colorado State. The Seahawks
could use him on kick and punt
returns. Another fifth round pick they
drafted from Alabama again tight
end Robbie Ouzts who might be
used at fullback.
The sixth round pick they used it
on guard Bryce Cabeldue out of
Kansas. The Seahawks had three
picks in the seventh round. First
was Damien Martinez running
back from Miami. He played two
years at Oregon State. The last two
were Mason Richman offensive
tackle from Iowa and Ricky White III
wide receiver from UNLV. We wish
all the guys the best. Go Hawks.
In baseball the Mariners put Logan
Gilbert on the 15 day injured list.
He won't throw a baseball for
two weeks. We will see who takes
his spot in the rotation. Possibly
George Kirby be back soon. This
makes the value of Emerson Hancock
even more valuable. They brought
up Troy Taylor and Tayler Saucedo
from triple A Tacoma. Go M's.
