Washington Huskies Men's Add Another

Washington Huskies certainly been busy over the last week to make
a serious contender in the Big Ten
Conference this coming 2025-26
season for men's basketball.

The Huskies had a disappointing
season in Danny Sprinkle first
season as head coach. He said
that he had to improve at each
position and it looks like at this point.

The most recent pickup is Jacob
Ognacevic who is looking to play
at the small forward. Jacob is six
foot eight . He played the last
three years at Lipscomb. Jacob
is another player of the year and
in the Sun Conference. He averaged
Twenty points and eight rebounds
a game.

It looks like the Huskies have their
starting five.  Besides Jacob they
have two other seniors along with
two sophomores. Right now they
have four freshmen and a junior
Mady Traore coming off the bench.
Washington may look to add more
fire power to the second group
coming off the bench.

The  freshmen we begin with is
JJ Mandaquit at point quard. JJ
is six feet one out of Hurricane,
Utah where he went to Utah Prep.
He was recruited by BYU and
USC to name a couple schools.

At shooting guard is Cortland
Muldew.  He is sixfoot three
out of Arkansas.

At small forward is Niko Bundalo
from Prolific Prep in Napa California.
He is 6'10 and a five star recruit.
He considered both Michigan State
and Ohio State along with other teams.

The final freshmen is Hannes Steinbach at power forward.
He is an international player
from Germany.

All four freshmen do look ready
for college basketball. This could
be s big year ahead for the Huskies.

The Cougars and Gonzaga haven't
announced any transfers to their
schools as of yet. We wish them the
best.
