Mariners Win Third Straight

It is only spring training however

the Mariners won their third in

a row after losing first two games.

Also 4th in a row scoring double

digits as well.

What I like to say is save some of

the runs for the regular season.

The Mariner scored four runs in the

second inning after the Dodgers 

had a single run in the bottom

of the first. That is a good sign. 

The big inning was the seventh

when they got six to put the

Dodgers away. A good way if

they can do some of that in the

regular season.

So far Mitch Garver is having a

good spring. He had a home run

to help spure the Mariners on.

Luis Castillo started his first time

 and went one and two-thirds.

He gave up one run in the first

which was unearned. Mariners

used nine relievers. Two gave

up two runs each. Most of these 

guys won't make the team out of

Tuesday's game.

Cole Young was at dh again as

he has an injury. It would be nice

to.see two youngsters to make 

the team though few spots available.
