Mariners Lose Fourth In A Row

Logan Gilbert had another quality
star however he finished his time
the score was 1-1.  Logan went
six innings with a tie. He didn't
pitch the seventh inning because
the weather was hot.

The Washington Nationals scored
two runs in the seventh inning off
of Mariners reliever Gabe Speier.
The leadoff laid down a bunt then
the following hitter was able to get
on base as well. The Mariners were
unable score any more runs.

Final was Nationals 3 Mariners 1

The Mariners lone run was Julio's
third home run of the season.
We hope this is where Julio
gets hot and so does some of
the other hitters to.  The other
teams in the division lost too.

Bryan Woo starts Sunday. The game
begins a little after 10 am Seattle time.
We hope Woo pitches again like he
did in his outing.

Sunday's post we will let you know
how Julio hit in June to give us hope
for the offense. Go M's
