series which was nice. Sunday they
beat Oakland 8-4.
The Mariners scored early getting
five runs than added on. Julio had
his first home run of the season
at T-Mobile Park. He had a double as
well which was close to being a homer
as well. He starts going it will be hard
to beat the Mariners. Mitch Garver
had a homer as well.
Catcher Seby Zavala had a sacrifice
bunt to help start the rally. Later he
had his first home run.as a Mariner.
It was good the Mariners were able
to increase the lead and win.
The Mariners will have Kirby going
Monday followed by Gilbert and Woo
against the Royals. Mariners should
have a good chance in winning the
series. The Mariners will play the
Orioles next weekend in Baltimore.
It wouldn't be an easy series. They
should go with Bryce, Castillo and Kirby
starting the series.
They follow by a four game series in
New York against the Yankees then
that weekend in Washington against the
Nationals. It will be a tough road trip.
