Mariners Take Game One In SD

The Seattle Mariners beat Padres
Monday night 4-1. Bryce Miller
went only four innings in his last
game of spring.  Miller gave up
one hit and a run in the third
inning. He did throw 76 pitches
walking three.

News came out that Bryan Woo
is going on the injured list to
begin of the season with inflame
on his arm. He pitched four innings
in the spring the most so with his
prior history they are being careful.
There is a good chance he will be
available after seven games. In the
meantime  Emerson Hancock will
be the fifth starter to start the
season.

Ty France wife is expecting soon
he may take leave. Thev Mariners
will need to add someone to the
roster. When he is on leave Luke
Raley is the likely the one to start
at first base. We could see Dylan
Moore at first against a lefty. It may
depend who will be activated.

The Mariners will have their final
preseason on Tuesday afternoon
against the Padres before heading
to Seattle.
