Dodgers 8-1. The Dodgers are heading
to Korea to begin the regular season
against the San Diego. The Dodgers
had most of the their starting lineup
in the game although this is still a
spring training game.
Casey Lawrence started instead of
Bryan Woo will go on Thursday.
Lawrence likely won't be on the
opening roster unless in the bullpen.
Lawrence went three innings giving
up four hits and no runs. He didn't
walk a batter and struck out one.
There is a good chance Casey could
be a spot starter if the Mariners need
one.
Seven of the Mariners starting
positions players started the
game with Josh Rojas not having
no hits while the rest had at least
one. It does look like Luis Urias
will begin the season on the
opening roster unless he has
another problem that keeps him
from doing. According to Scott
Servais Rojas and Urias won't
be a typical platooning situation.
We could see Rojas against some
lefties while Urias could be the
same facing some righties. I
could see they won't pinch hit
for each other unless the situation
says so.
JP Crawford along with Julio, Mitch
Garver and Ty France each had a
good game. They are starting to
look ready for the season.
In.the Pac-12 tournament the season
is over for the Washington Huskies
losing to USC Trojans 80-74. Now
the Pac-12 is over and the same
for Coach Mike Hopkins. See where
he goes from here.
The Huskies didn't do to.badly making
11 of 24 behind the arc. The Trojans
did shoot a little better then the
Huskies from the field. The Trojans
did better from the foul line. Made
four more shots. Boogie Ellis was
the big one in this game scoring
25 points for the Trojans. Bronny
James had only seven points
but made some key free throws
at the end of the game.
The Huskies were led by Sahvir
Wheeler with 20 points. Keion
Brooks Jr only had 13 points.
Moses Wood and Koren Johnson
each had 17. Huskies had no
points from the bench. Likely
the Huskies didn't win.
Now we will see who the Huskies
to bring in as head coach. The
eight man rotation most won't
be back next season. The don't
have any eligibility left. Keion
Brooks Jr certainly had a good
career at Washington though

Koren Johnson who will be a
junior next season might be back.
Wilhelm Breidenbach could be
another one. Thanks Mike Hopkins
though the last five years wasn't
as good as we hope for. Go Dawgs!
