resigned defensive lineman Leonard
Williams and tight end Noah Fant to
contracts . At this point the Seahawks
have lost more than they gained.
Reports came out that linebacker Jordyn
Brooks signed a contract with the Miami
Dolphins and tight end Colby Parkinson
with division rival Los Angeles Rams.
Fellow tight end Will Dissly who the
Seahawks released last week signed
with the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Seahawks released special teams
captain Nick Bellore on Monday. Whether
he will return at lower pay grade or not
we will see. Most likely not at what we
seen so far on the roster changes.
Will update any other moves of Seahawks

Update: Guard Damien Lewis signs four years for 54 million with Carolina Panthers. The Seahawks will need to draft a guard or sign a free agent guard or both.
